This policy is applicable to all the Sellers (hereinafter referred to as “Sellers”) registered on lecturelelo.com (hereinafter referred to as “LL”) and by listing their products on LL unanimously agree and abide by all the terms mentioned below.
CD/DVD, USB/Pen Drives, Tablets, SD Cards, Printed Material will be referred to as “Tangible Products”.
Term “Shipping” means transfer or movement of sold Tangible Products from Seller to the User (hereinafter referred to as “Customer” or “User”) destination.
“Shipping Source” means Seller’s present location from where the Tangible Product is shipped.
“Shipping Destination” means User’s or Customer’s Postal Address provided to LL at the time of placing the order.
All the Tangible Products sold on LL will be shipped by the Seller and they will be solely responsible for the delivery of the product.
Seller has to take utmost care of shipping the right products to the right Users.
Seller has to make sure that all the packaging material used for shipping the product will be of best quality and correctly packaged in order to make sure that the products reach the Shipping Destination undamaged.
Sellers before registering on LL will provide a list of Pin Codes served by them in order to avoid wrong purchases for uncovered pin codes.
Sellers after shipping the products will share or notify the Courier Tracking details to LL and to the Customer via SMS or Email.
All the shipments should be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours after the purchase notification is sent to the Seller.
Replacements are available for the Users who receive a Damaged Product from the Seller. You can get a replacement within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. The 7 Days Replacement policy is applicable to only CD/DVDs/Pen Drives/Study Materials/SD Cards/Tablets sold on lecturelelo.com
All the Tangible Products should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Please understand that we cannot accept returns in certain instances:
All Tangible Products sold on LL are covered by this guarantee. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same at Seller’s end.
In case of Users receiving the wrong product can claim for replacements and also for return of the products.
Users can claim replacements for Software failures as well. However User has to first report an issue via email ([email protected]). If the issue cannot be corrected remotely then the replacement request can be accepted.
LL holds the all the rights whether to refund the order in all the above cases / claims or replace the products with the new/fresh/genuine products.
All the claims for replacement of Damaged Product(s), made by the Customer(s) on LL will be notified to sellers by the LL seller support team.
Damaged Product(s) will be shipped back to the Seller’s location in original condition either via reverse pick up by the Seller or Customer will be asked to ship it back the Seller location.
It is Seller’s responsibility to ship the fresh/new/genuine product to the Customer after receiving the replacement request from LL seller support team.
Any physical damage to the Tangible Product by the User while using it or due to mishandling of the product will not be covered for replacements or returns under this policy.
All the user purchases on LectureLelo.com are covered under this scheme.
Replacements are available for users who receive a Damaged Product or a Product in Non-Working condition.
Users can claim for a replacement within 7 days of delivery of the product.
Users can also claim for a replacement in case they have received a wrong product.
Users can claim replacement in case there is a Software failure in the product and cannot be resolved remotely by the technical team.
Replacement claim in all the above scenarios should be reported LL support team ([email protected]) immediately or within 7 Days upon receiving the product.
Upon receiving a request for replacement, LL Support team will investigate the case and will ask for necessary details from the user. User should furnish all the necessary details needed by LL Support team.
All the replacement requests should be made in a particular format mentioned in the Replacement Format below.
Once the replacement claim is approved, a user has to ship the received damaged product back to the address given to him/her by LL Support Team within 3 days after the replacement claim is approved. All the products shipped back by the users should be in original condition and without any kind further damage. After shipping the damaged product user has to furnish the tracking code to the LL support team within 3 days.
In some cases a reverse pick up/shipment of the damaged product can also be provided by LL support team.
LL support team will process a fresh request of product replacement once the damaged product/s is delivered on the desired location.
LL team reserves all the rights to accept or reject a replacement claim made by the user and to replace a product with new/ fresh /genuine product. All the products listed on LectureLelo.com are non-cancellable products.
Replacements can claimed for tangible products like CD/DVD/USB/Pen Drives/Tablets/SD Cards/Study/Printed Material.
In case of Online Test Series a user can claim for replacement only in the case where a Wrong/Nonfunctional product is being delivered to the user or the user has not received the appropriate details within 48 hours of the purchase.
